After unexpectedly taking a plunge trying to help dock my buddies boat, I am glad to report my 7135 still works.

I just finished telling him that I have had the phone for more than 2 years.

I was a bit panicky at first. After an initial dry out period of a day, it still didn't work. Then I placed it in my car during a hot afternoon and voila, it's working again!

The panick really struck when I realized that I probably wouldn't be able to replace it being a Bell customer.

Sweet! This really is a robust little device! My 7135 has been through the zero key (twice), the "dead" speaker and the firmware upgrade. It's been dropped, rattled and rolled, but I've always been able to fix it without spending any $. Even though my company has offered to buy me a Treo 650, I still prefer the 7135.
