Is there a way to prevent the MP3 from shutting down when you open the phone while listening to MP3s?

mine doesnt stop when i open the phone. but it will pause to play the "open" sound maybe if you went into phone prefs and went to flip options and turn off the phone open sound it may not stop

MP3 playback always pauses when the phone display is shown on the screen. Go into the Prefs Phone application, Flip settings section. Shut off the checkbox for "Show the phone display" when the flip is opened.
