Make sure that when your sync preferences are set to desktop overwrites handheld.

Your palm may be syncing to the palm desktop instead of outllok. You may need to re-run the desktop setup.

My sync preferences are set for the desktop to overwrites the handheld.
What do you mean by "re-run the desktop setup."? Thanks!

Reintall the desktop software. It will ask if you want to sync with palm desktop or outlook.

Good luck

I reinstalled it, but it never asked me which one to sync with. Now what?

My advice would be to check this page.
http://kb.palmone.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/W...l2001,Case=obj(25263)

I never had the software from my 7135 but used the software from a clie. That used intellisync to work with outlook. I then installed the 7135 software over it. It may have kept the conduit.

I have somehow gotten an old database of contacts into my address book, but it doesn't match my current contacts in Outlook. Anyone know how I can get my address book on my palm to be current with my Outlook?
