Is this a strange question?

My service is with Verizon but my home is in the Extended Network area. I can send and receive email fine with my 7135 in the Verizon area. I can receive but not send from the extended network area.

I'm using mail.airbridge.net for my smtp server. I'm getting an error message about not relaying and my guess is the Sprint towers will not relay the mail.

Does anyone know the mail.airbridge.net equivalent for Sprint? Thanks a bunch! Kim

I recommend signing up on the FastMail service at their "Member Account" level. It is a one-time-only fee of $14.95, and it allows you to use their SMTP server. I use their SMTP server (though I have a higher level account) for all of my SMTP needs from all of my computers and devices. It can be used from anywhere you have Internet access. As such, there's no need to worry about switching servers when you move or roam into different areas.

An update: I tried my ISP's smtp server using my login ID and password for my internet account to authenticate and that works! Thanks for the help! Kim

Fastmail really is the ticket. IMAP accounts are more useful for those on multple computers and hand helds. I can use it sending email around our companies fire wall, and I do not get blocked from their webmail.
