when i push the address book button, then scroll up and down to a name and push the 'green button' directly from there to make a call, everything works fine.

however, when i push the address book button, then scroll up and down to a name, then press OK to view the contact (for example to select home or cell number), THEN push 'green button' it doesn't connect me and simply goes back to regular phone screen !

is it a bug in my phone or is it like that in urs as well?

my phone dials. I wonder if it's some kind of preference that is selectied?

i just installed TakePhone, seems to work great, so i guess I ll be using that instead!

If your in "edit mode" in the address book you need to make sure that the phone number is highlighted to dial it (do a double tab on the number). You can highlight and dial phone numbers from just about any app that way.

Another cool feature that everyone forgets about is that if you highlight a URL and press they green send button, the phone will load the default browser, and connect to the internet to display that web site....
