I have had the phone shutting off about once per day for the last few weeks. I have been restoring info using sd chip. I decided to update my card for new contacts I had. Somehow the card database was overwritten with blank contacts. Since this time, I have been unable to update the phone with my outlook contacts. Hotsync log tells me that it has updated, but no contact or calendar info is showing. I have done a hard reset and tried to sycn with no results. Not looking forward to going down to Verizon to have them help. We all know how unsuccessful that can be.
