Question Timer....??

Hello all and thanks in advance... can anyone advise if I have a timer in the phone or pda or where I can find one? The reason I ask is that I time speakers and speaches for an organization and I use my 7135 to do this (while I do other things there too)...

Any insight or input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks - Bo

Try Megaclock. It does a lot more than this but does have a timer.

Got it. Does anyone know where the detailed manual is? For example where is the explanation of the "type" in the Sun rise/set screen? Rise and Set, Civil, Nautical, Astronomical. I might be able to guess at Nautical and Astronomical but what is Civil? and Rise and Set?

Here, here!

I use BigClock on my 7135 to time questions for the Quiz Team I coach. Only downside is that it doesn't display hundreths of a second. But it counts up, counts down, and can do dual time, PLUS is a world clock for travelling... All for FREE.

This really isn't a timer app but I've often wanted just a big old fashoined analog clock display with a second hand to work from. (Somehow its eaiser to time contractions with a regular clock ) So anyway I found this simple big analog clock on freewarepalm. I find I tend to leave it on as my display while driving and my 6 yr old likes it cause he's learning to tell time.

I can't help there. I supposed it was for "legal" purposes of defining sundown (i.e. what time you are legally supposed to have your headlights on, etc.). But that was just my guess.

Found this one recently while lurking at Mytreo.net (no I'm not jumping phones just eaves dropping on them) Anyway it generates a "chime" at given time intervals. Unfortunatly the voice chimes don'e seem to be available on our current OS. And the app seems on the large size probably to accomodate the voice chimes.

I've been using bigclock for years. The only problem is that the alarm only sounds for one cycle when the clamshell is closed. It would be nice if one of the clock/timers would sound for a longer period - I often miss the one cycle.
