Energy Dimmer
Is there an ap which sets the brightness level depending on time-of-day? Energy Dimmer lets me define bright and dim profiles, but I want them to swithc at 10pm/6am.

I don't know of one. Maybe you can contact the author of Energy Dimmer to have it added.
