Echo distortion transmitted by Kyocera7135
my Kyocera 7135 is a great phone. However, ever since I purchased this Kyocera 7135 for use on Verizon wireless I have been experiencing a higher number of complaints that the telephone call I transmitt with this phone has distortion(s) such as an "echo" I will hear on my end of the call, typically, when the person recieving my call complains that they can not make out what i am saying on the phone. PLEASE NOTE THAT HIS DOES NOT HAPPEN ALL THE TIME BUT MAYBE ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK & USUALLY IN LOCATIONS I CONSIDER WEAK SIGNAL STRENGTH LOCATIONS.
To be fair, another change between my previous verizon phones and this Kyocera 7135 is the fact that i use the speakphone on the 7135 extensively. My other phones never had a speakerphone feature.
When i recieve a sound quality complaint during a phone call, I wll turn off the speaker feature but the distortion remains normally.
At first I thought it was just the phone because I purchased it used on e-bay but I took it into verizon and they gave me a new phone but I still encounter this nuisance.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Does anyone know how to cure or mitigate this problem?
