silent mode

I have been using a 7135 for about 18 months. I seem to inadvertantly get to silent mode by accidently pressing the volume key on the side of the phone. Is there anyone else having this problem and is there a cure?

Thanks....poppy

That's not a problem that's a feature. When you press and hold the down volume key it will go into silent mode. And if you hold the Up volume button it will take it our of silent mode and increase the volume accordingly.

if you hold the button is should go to silent mode. if you jsut push and release the button the volume will go down. even if you reach teh lowest setting and keep pushing and releasing the button it should just yell at you (beep that you've reached end of setting) and not go to silent mode

if it goes to silent mode ona simple pusha nd release, then its a bad phone
