Entourage 2004 conduit does not sync and does not open

I have just upgraded to Entourage 2004 (what a mistake) and now I am unable to sync up with the new conduit. When I go into the Conduit Manager and double click on the options nothing happens. I have deleted and re-installed 5 times. I have disabled all other conduits, restarted, re-installed and I have still had no luck.

Has anyone else seen this?
