Yeah--What MGuzzy says goes for me too
Trust him, he's always right, whenever he agrees with me.
Let me expand on his points.
I would STRONGLY suggest you keep the folder on your computer with the files that you copy from the SD card. That's the easiest way to have a backup of all the SD information.
As for PowerRun.....I'm quoting from memory so I may be wrong. I think, you need to do two things. First, you need to be sure that you name the new card exactly the same as the old card. PowerRun can detect different apps on different cards, but it won't detect apps that are installed directly to the card. You have to install them on the handheld and them move them to the card. This trains PowerRun where the app is, so if you make a copy of the apps on another card, you need to use the same name so PowerRun thinks it's looking in the same place.
Once the new card is installed, I think there is some "refresh apps" option. PowerRun will recognize different cards, but you have to tell it when you've inserted a new one so it knows where to look for apps. You'll need to run the "refresh" option before you can launch.
If none of the above works, you'll need to reinstall your apps to the handheld , and then move them to the new card.
I hope this has been helpful.
