When I first got WorldMate I was able to update wirelessly, but it just stopped updating. When I try now it states "Could not retreive online updates from the internet. Please check your internet connection and try again". I am still able to connect wirelessly through EIS Web. I upgraded to 10.0 to see if that would fix it but it did not. When I contacted WorldMate they stated they were aware of their lack of support for the Kyocera 7135 wireless capabilities. If I had never been able to update wirelessly I could understand, but I was able to update in the past. Any suggestions, comments, ect.?
No, the subscription has not expired and in fact I just paid to upgrade it to 10.0 a few weeks ago. I don't know what I changed that I suddenly was unable to update it.
