I've heard many complain of numerous problems and yet they still cuddle their 7135. Personally, I just bought mine from a kind soul from Yahoo! auctions. I do hope I have a love-love relationship as I know Verizon kicked it from its lineup. I have confirmed through a Verizon rep that you if you've had your phone exchanged 3 times, they will allow you to switch to another PDA phone ... even the new Samsung i-700.... very interesting folks.
