Hypothetical ? w/ Verizon Wireless
If I dial my own cell number to check my messages, and then elect to hit 88 to "return a call", how will it be charged in regards to minutes used? Would my outbound call be charged as a "in-network" call? Thanks

Dude,

Just do it, log the time and such, then check your itemized bill and let the rest of us know. I doubt it'll be in your benefit. If Verizon can find a way, they will charge you extra.
