Although I have not made any radical changes to my phone or added any new software, all of a sudden my PQA's no longer work.

I have no problem with Snappermail, EXpress, or the web browser that came with the phone. However .... Google, moviephone, ESPN etc. no longer connect.

When I try to connect, as I always have, I get the following message:

"nonexistant DNS name (Net123E)"

The phone dials and stays connected, but no information seems to exchange.


I live in the NY Metro area, and use Verizon.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a solution? What gives?!?
