Just got a used 7135. I have had a handspring Visor. I didn't read everything about syncing etc and didn't find out about this page until today. I did a complete sync when I got the phone. I did remove the backup file. I am running on a Mac. The only issue I seem to have is when I open the Palm section of the phone I get an error message that basicly says that I have the wrong version of installer. I clear that and then I get the remove installer message. The palm then seems to work OK. Any ideas as how to get that message to stop, ort how to get the right installer? Thanks
