I'm away from home and the Kyo has presented me with a persistent Memory Manager fatal error that I cannot get rid by soft resets or removing the battery. I need to do a Hard Reset, but, never having had to do one before, don't how and the manuals are at home. I have BackUpBuddy installed and a backup on the card, I just need to know the steps--PLEASE--to accomplish one.

There are two ways to do it, they way i do it is by removing the battery for 1 minute then putting it back in. The other way is by holding the backlight button while you press the reset button (on the back of the phone above the battery) with the stylus. I'm not quite sure ofthe steps, so like i said, i just take the battery out for 1 minute and put it back in. usually works for me.
