Does anybody know of a program that improves the address book and enhances the ring by category feature? I found mRing, but it is only for the Treo.

Also looking for a program that makes the phone ring from any app.

Last but not least, is there a way to have the phone ring and vibrate at the same time instead of the vibe first then ring?
