Has anyone gotten the Earthmate GPS unit (and software) to work with the 7135 using bluetooth or the serial cable? If yes, how did it work?

I'd like to know the answer to this as well. I don't live too far from the Delorme HQ so I might take a trek down there sometime and see if they will let me play with some GPS units for a bit to see how they work. I also have the Palm Bluetooth SD card so I'll try to make their Bluetooth GPS work as well.

I asked Delorme about using a USB or serial cable hookup. They responded that only the Bluetooth set up would work. I also checked with TomTom and they said that their unit did not work at all with the 7135.

Interesting that the TomTom doesn't work at all. Before I run out and buy the Bluetooth Earthmate setup I'm going to go down to Delorme and try to verify it myself. It might take me a few weeks to do this, but I'll post results. -Tim
