Angry Kyocera 7135 - losing stored speed and voice dials

How do I configure the 7135 so that when there is a fatal reset or error and the phone is re-synched with the computer that the speed dials and the voice dials are restored. At present they are not restored and with the number of fatal resets I have been experiencing, it's a real pain in the a#$#.

Those files are part of the phone and not the palm, so they do not sync to the PC. For reasons in addition to this, you might want to try an sd card and some third party backup software

7135 phone filenames??

Has anyone successfully backed up and then restored the speed-dial or voice recognition files??
What are their file names??
What software product did you accomplish this with?

Thanks for the suggestion.
I use backupbuddy vfs. However, the files are not part of the PDA, they are part of the Phone.

Has anyone successfully identified the filenames, and then saved them and then restored them to the 7135 phone??

Voice Dial file is kwc_VoiceTags.pdb
Speed Dial file is kwc_SpeedDialDB

Copy them using FileManager to an SD card, and copy them back to memory after a hard reset. I'm pretty sure BackupBuddy doesn't back these up. I've done this successfully for the Voice Dialer.

Thanks Brahm. I've marked them appropriately in BB on the desktop. Next time I have a hard reset, I'll have them intact the way I want them.
I too have discovered the advantage of a complete daily backup of my PDA-phone to an SD card.
I'm not very happy with the Kyocera voice dialer, It's just too vague and microphone specific for me. I do most of my voice dialing in the car. Otherwise I just wouldn't bother...

Anyone happy with an aftermarket substitute that will run on the Kyocera 7135 ?????
