Need Help!!!

I purchased a 7135, which was previously ment to operate on the Bell Network(Canada). I don't have to say, that I had problems connecting it to my Verizon Account. After spending an hour on the phone, I was directed to my nearest Verizon Store to get a software flush(upgrade). After couple of hours of trying, Verizon tech informed me that an apgrade cannot be done, that there is something wrong with my phone. I did not have time or energy to argue with him at that time. So I took the phone home. There are couple of questions that I have, and I would appreciate a knowledgeble response:

1. When I tried to do a manual programming of the phone "000000" returns an error, of an invalid security code. Does anyone know of a master reset code? Or how to reset it?

2 I want to do the firmware upgrade myself does anyone have the files and the installer software. If you do please PM or Email me. I will appreciate it very much.

The phone was a B-day Present from my Parents. And I really need to get it working. Thank you in advance.

The code is apparently something other than 000000, meaning that the phone has been locked by Bell Mobility. They are the only ones who can give you that code, and other posts indicated that they are not willing to do that. Easiest way out is to sell it to a Bell Mobility user and get an unlocked phone.

I Know that Bell does in fact change the security code, and some people have actually gotten the code by calling bell and speaking to their highest level of tech support.
