Question Wireless Sync Outlook Security

I'm a new 7135 user. VZN tech told me I could sync to Outlook using wireless sync since my corp e-mail is on exchange server and my computer can be left on. It works great with one huge exception. When I start the sync I get a message on the desktop that appears to be an Outlook Message. It reads:

A program is trying to access your address book. If this is unexpected it could be a virus. Check NO. If you want to grant access click Yes. There then are several choices as to how long access is granted.

If I'm at the desktop and click yes the sync works perfectly... but having to be there to click the promt defeats the whole purpose of wireless sync. Does anyone know how to disable this prompt so that I can really sync wirelessly???

I need all of them. Mail, Contacts, Tasks, Calendar, & Memo's. The Yesclick utility worked great. I just installed and enabled it at start up and I was finally able to sync wirelessly without having to be at my computer.

The process is just time consuming. It first syncs with eudora then with outlook and then sends out to eudora. There must be a faster way but for now the yesclick utility I found on the bulletin board got rid of the Outlook prompt that was halting the process when I was not at the computer.

Does anyone know of a simpler way with to sync with a Microsoft Exchange Server that our IT guys won't open up to pop 3's?
