Cant really help with the screensaver question, but the others I can help. Upgrade the software! Prevents problems and when you call tech support they are going to tell you to get it done whenever you have a problem. You can get the software upgrade through your service provider (Verizon?). As for the Antennae, they are probably going to ask your to buy another one. They are available from the Kyocera website, but I am not sure where else.
