I did do search on the topic but did not get the answer.

To date I was doing direct synch to my local stand alone Outlook on desktop via cradle when in the office and via Snapper Mail dialup for POP mail when on he road. No problem.

Now I’m with a company that uses MS Exchange based Outlook with Blackberry for wireless connectivity. They get full wireless synch on Blackberry to their local Outlook via MS Exchange server. How can I accomplish this with 7135? The IT guys are willing to work with me as long as I can tell them what to do. I would like to do it wireless via net instead of direct dial-up.
