Question Must Have Programs

Greetings folks, just upgraded from the 6035, and I am impressed so far!! I've searched the archives for info, but looking for a recent opinion on the MUST HAVE programs out there. I get the feeling the onboard MP3 player is no good, and the BeBopper is the way to go, but what else should I replace? I am especially interested in video, past posts indicate MMPlayer or Kinoma2 as top suggestions...has this changed? Any updated info greatly appreciated.

One last thing, Verizon wanted to sell me the adaptor for 6035 keyboard for $30, same story on Kyocera website...any source out there cheaper, or anyone successfully made their own fix?

THANKS!!

Welcome to the site Herbie7. (I love doing that when I see someone with one post!) Make copious use of the search and you'll find lots of apps that people recommend and have opinons on Start by searching for Best Apps in the 7135 thread and you'll find lots of hits. Here's one to start with:
http://www.pdaphonehome.com/forums/s...threadid=18119
I think you'll find many of the must have apps for your 6035 will remain the same with your 7135. Here's my partial list:

Backup Buddy
Takephone
Directory Assist
Contrast bug fix
Energy Saver
Beebopper
A good browser (blazer, Xino, or Wepro)
An email app (snapper mail)
etc. etc. etc.

Thx MGuzzy, geez, 505 posts to catch up. I figure the answers are probably buried in the archives to most of these questions I see, but people gotta build up their numbers somehow!

The forum link shows a lot of favorites, but I guess I'd like to narrow them down a bit. I'm into it several $$ by the time I buy all I'd like to have with this phone, just trying to prioritize. Thx for your suggestions!
