I have 4 different groups of contacts in outlook, does anyone know if intellisync can do this? I used to use pocketmirror pro (which did it) but I had issues with Outlook 2003 and I think Keysuite is crap
When you say groups, I assume you mean folders or subfolders.
I am running Outlook2003 and Intellisync. I added a subfolder under my main contacts folder. In the Intellisync setup, I can only choose one folder for contacts. I added a contact to the subfolder and it did not come across to the palm. So using the obvious settings, the answer seems to be no.
I do think you can download the manual from their site if you want to do some more investigation.
You CAN set up your contacts in different catagories, and both Outlook and the palm support that. I have a dozen, with 500 entries spread among them. If you set current view in outlook to "by catagories" it's almost as good as folders.

I know I shouldn't speak for thalador, but he probably meant folders. I too use PocketMirror Pro and it allows you to sync sub-folders in Outlook to categories on the 7135. I don't use it for contacts because it would limit me as far as assigning multiple categories to the contact. But I do use it for the calendar and it allows me to sync several calendars to the one on my 7135 - even ones that reside on Public Folders in Outlook. Very handy.
