Is there a program or a programmer(that can make it) that will let me set up a schedual through the week including times that will log the length of calls I make.

I have unlimited nights and weekends so its hard to use the built in resetable timer. I would a timer that only tracks the total usage within times I specify and also automatically reset itself to zero at the 1st of each month(or a specified day).
