Smile Snapper Mail v1.9.2.01

I'm currently successfuly running Snapper Mail Premier v1.9.2.01 in RAM. I tried moving Snapper Mail application (546K) into Flash.... without auxiliary files: Snapper-LibExg....(14K) and SnapperMailExc....(3K) since they were in use; as a result I received Fatal Error which forced me to perform a hard reset and restore. Is it possible for me to run this version of Snapper Mail in Flash?

No, because it has to be writeable for some reason last time I checked.

err... I don't think so. I'm pretty sure I am running this in flash.
Version 1.9.2.01 (Registered)

FileZ show it in "ROM" -- little chip icon and no version in RAM:
SnapperMail [chip icon] 542.88K

JackFlash shows it in flash:
Snapper 544K Flash

(I wonder where FileZ gets the name from? FileZ displays "SnapperMail. JackFlash and Launch'em display it as "Snapper")

Is there a difference in registered vs. non-registered? Where they write the days used or something to the program in the un-registered version in order to expire it?

forgive my intrusion o omnipotent one. . .

HoTSynC-

I have been running SnapperMail app in flash via JackFlash for at least 6 months including the latest version since 12/03. No problems to report. The other two Snapper files mentioned are residing in RAM.

My 7135 is using MZ 1.0.27 SZ 1.0.13 if that makes any difference.

I hate to disagree with you and am looking over my shoulder for that lightning bolt!!!!!

don't get me wrong, I still have it here sitting on my desk (ok well 3-4 of them), I just don't use it primarily anymore. I found myself only using the addressbook and datebook in the 7135. Not really doing much email on it anymore (too tedious with the amounts of email I get each day). So to that, I moved to one of our new beta handsets (link 1, link 2, link 3-from our Japanese version) for test reasons to help work out any issues. I can use BREW to access all of my outlook contacts and calender info on the go, so I really had no use to carry it anymore.

I still put my 2nd number in the 7135 if I think I will need more power on the go, including email and document handling.

No way! This is the one and only occurrence to date.

and those links... they're not palm phones...
and you should be chastised for dealing with something silly like a "revolver"??? Are they going to put the little switch blade thumb guards on them? Maybe a spring with a quick release button? I'd like to see you HoTSynC one of those...

We'll give you an out. I suppose as a beta tester you have to evaluate the silly ones so you can play with the cool ones, right?

Acutally, I just don't have a huge use for the PDA piece right now, and can get the info I need via BREW on this handset with a 1.2MP camera. It's a lot smaller too.

Trust me, I still think the 7135 is great, just more than I need right now.

And it does sync, wirelessly to my Outlook, any where I have data service. I can search my entire contacts and calender, view them in month/day/week form, etc. I can dial right from my contacts too.

By the way, I am not a beta tester.
