Everytime I'm on the phone and I get a call waiting that someone else is trying to reach me, I can't figure out how to accept that 2nd call and place the first person on hold and then get back to the first caller.
PLEASE HELP .... ITS HAPPENED TOO OFTEN AND I END UP LOSING SOMEONE :o(

Hit the green "send" button to connect to the second party. When you are done, hit the button again and you will be reconnected ot the first call.

I had the same problem. I would hit the green button and get put through to the second call but when I tried to switch back the first call was gone. When I called them back they said it was like I hung up on them. Any thoughts would be appriciated.

Make sure you don't hit the RED button to terminate the second call-- you'll hang up on both of them.

It seems silly, but it's reflex. I've done it a couple times myself.
