Cool Best file manager, not launcher. I think the jury is still out on that one.

Did a search and found not much. Well, I did find a lot on launchers, but, I really dont care if it is in a launcher, I just want the best and most flexable file manager.
Cool

FileProg is my fav, like it much better than Filez, it's a little bigger but has more functions. You can do real Cut and Paste's unlike the weak move function on FileZ where you have to type in the destination

I installed this program and it looks good.
Have you tried the copy and paste and cut and paste. Do those operations work on the complete file. Can I cut from ram and paste on my SD card ????

Assuming the file is not in ROM you can cut from internal memory and place on the card with no problems, just tested this and worked fine.

FileProg looks interesting, but seems to lack some of the sorting options that FileZ has (unless I just missed it). I like sorting by created date and modified date, one because I am weird that way and two, so I can track down things to delete after testing an app.

The cut/copy/paste feature does sound nice, but honestly I have not had a need for it yet.

They are both free and both can run on the SD, so....both it is!
