Hi all,

I had two profiles on my computer -
one for Palm V and the other - for my 7135.

By mistake I did a sync on the Palm V, which tried o install a few applications intended for the Kyocera....

From that time on, I'm getting Fatal Errors, and can't operate the Palm V, even after soft and hard resets.

To be more specific, I guess the V tried to install MobileMail 3.5 which can't be operated on this machine. I installed it from the PC as well as from the Palm, but each time after I tried to sync - I get this Fatal Error and an error message saying something about MobileMail can't operate on this old Palm. Tried to delete it from the V, but couldn't find any remnant of it...

It's kinada Catch 22 thing.... please help!!!

Have you deleted the app from the Palm V backup on your PC?

I've deleted it from the PC, and it says "next sync" it'll be deleted from the palm.
I didn't see it on my palm, so it's probably been deleted, but left something there.

Is there a way to "format" the whole machine, to start from scratch? more then a hard reset?
