HBX won't launch expansion card apps

I just installed version 3.0 of HBX and the new version of the hack. I noticed in the update description it said that one of the things addressed was to enable the launching of apps from an expansion card.

Well, I couldn't do that before the update and still can't after the update. I have written the developer and we are exchanging e-mails.

I was wondering if this is just me or are others out there able to use HBX to launch apps from the expansion card?

CLARIFICATION: I cannot assign an app from the expansion card to a button.

I am running version 3. I was able to assign my third button to a game on my SD card and it started it just fine.

Problem solved.

The developer was VERY responsive. It turns out if the the first (alphabetically) application on the card also exists on the handheld, HBX gets "confused". In this case it was Backup ((Buddy VFS). All I had to do was move another application (AOL Mail) from the handheld to the card and it works perfectly.
