Thanks Dave. I got an email from the company too. I love that they keep coming up with updates. So glad that I paid the big bucks for the "free" unlimited future upgrades.

Send a message via AIM to TimRock

This may seem like a stupid question to some people. But what is SSL and what difference will it make in my emails? Please be specific as possible. Thanks.

SSL stands for "secure socket layer" and is a protocol for file encryption. SSL will allow you to encrypt your messages making them secure.

I hope this is the information that you wanted.

Still no IMAP

There's still no IMAP support; hence it's still useless for me.

I just wish that we could access our "Hotmail" accounts on Snappermail.

I've never used Hotmail. Is it that they don't let you pay for POP access, or do they use some kind of weird authentication, or what?

I get my Hotmail accounts indirectly through Snapper. I have a paid account with Fastmail.fm and they are able to check all of my hotmail accounts every two hours. Then I setup Snapper to get the fastmail accounts.

O.k., I should have added, "without having to pay extra for some additional service." But thanks, I'll have to look into it.
