Version 1.9 of Snappermail has just been released. Here are the reported changes:
Version 1.9 adds find functionality for searching mail messages, broader SSL compliance, and support for the latest wave of high resolution devices in 480x320 portrait/landscape/virtual graffiti modes.
Thanks Dave. I got an email from the company too. I love that they keep coming up with updates. So glad that I paid the big bucks for the "free" unlimited future upgrades.

This may seem like a stupid question to some people. But what is SSL and what difference will it make in my emails? Please be specific as possible. Thanks.

SSL stands for "secure socket layer" and is a protocol for file encryption. SSL will allow you to encrypt your messages making them secure.
I just wish that we could access our "Hotmail" accounts on Snappermail
I get my Hotmail accounts indirectly through Snapper. I have a paid account with Fastmail.fm and they are able to check all of my hotmail accounts every two hours. Then I setup Snapper to get the fastmail accounts.
