Why does my 7135 give me the message:
"This device is not supported by JackSprat" ???

I thought JS 2.0 beta (demo) worked on the 7135???

Did I do something wrong?

You need to get the update. Go to their website.

Well I went to their site, paid the $26.95 for the JackFlash bundle that includes JackSprat...went through the install, launched JackSprat only to get the same message: "This device is not supported by JackSprat."

Well, that was a waste of $26.95, , , got any other great ideas?

Suppose Brayder will give me money back?

The version that you download from the Brayder web site does not support the 7135. YOU HAVE TO REQUEST THE BETA VERSION!!! That version does support the 7135.

Ok, so I finally got the email from Brayder telling me to download the latest version of JackFlash (why not tell people on the site or even better - - just have the latest version as the download after you pay!!!!

But I have a bigger problem now that I've got it up and running:

I loaded and ran JackSprat first and did the reset. Then I loaded and lunched JackFlash only to find that the very applications I wanted to delete don't even show up in the list, i.e. Eudora and MP3 Player!!!!

I thought, after reading many of these postings, that that is one of the things that JackFlash does....That's the only reason I bought it!!!!

You're using the wrong program!!!!

One more time for the cheap seats .....

JackSprat is used for backing up and deleting built-in programs from Flash.

JackFlash is used for adding/removing user-added programs to/from Flash.
