Anyone experience 7135 won't light up . .

Several times a day when I open the flip the 7135 both the screens won't light up (but phone or pda are on in the backround. Sometimes it takes a few seconds lag and several times it won't come on at all until a soft reset. Kyo tech said it might be solved by renaming the backup folder and doing a hard reset. She thought might have some damaged files. That was yesterday, But still does same thing today. They sent me another 7135, but it came scratched and refurbished which I won't accept as I have over $700 invested and I damn well will not accept scratched goods (try and resell a beatup looking 7135 when I go to upgrade). I asked for the 7135i-b but she also said there is no diff with the 7135i-b other than the larger antenna that she was aware of (which means I can take that statement with a grain of salt). I have it isolated down to when it won't light up I close the flip a little and it comes on now most of the time so far!
They replaced this phone last month for fatal reset problem and it came with updated software but now I have this new problem
There are no programs on the phone yet other than the ones it comes with. Anyone else experience this type of problem?
Thx for any responses
