Since I'm not a technological wizzard can somebody explain in simple English what Jack Flash can do and can't do? What's flash vs Ram or Rom.

I just want to delete MP3 Player for example (to free up space) because I bought BeBopper. But when I loaded Jack Flash on to my Kyocera 7135 my MP3 Player does not show up. Eudora is another one becuase I bought inbox to go and Eudora doesn't show up. Also it says I only have 128K Flash available - - so is it really worth it - - you can fill up 128 K pretty fast.
