How to sync 7135 and m125 on one computer

I tried a search for this answer and couldn't find it. My wife just got a Palm m125. We want to sync both the 125 and my 7135 on our computer. I currently use Chapura's Key Contacts for my address-book and DateBk 5 for my datebook. Do I need to have these same programs on my wife's palm or can she just use the Palm pre-installed programs for address and datebook?

Here's my real question: How do set-up to be able to sync both devices on our computer. As for what we will sync. We use MS Outlook for both contacts and datebook. Would it be better to have my wife set-up her own calender within Outlook or just share mine? We will both want to know each other's schedule though. I just wondered if it's easy to keep them separate on each of our palms or just combine them. As for contacts, I'm not sure if we can keep them separate or not. I use mine for personal and business and just have everything in categories. My wife would probably only want to sync my personal contacts which she would add to in Outlook. I know this is a lot of info, but thank you in advance for your help. I you can direct me in the right direction for help, that would be great too.

you posted this question twice hopefully you get the same answer.
If the Palm you bought your wife was used and you dont have anything in there you need then do a hard reset and perform a hotsync. it will ask for a new user name after you enter it and do a hotsync there will be two users in the same desktop. if you install something on one palm it will NOT transfer to the other as long as you dont screw up the username/device thing. If you accidently hotsync the 7135 with your m125 username you might as well perform a hard reset because you will have nothing but problems with your 7135. if there is something you want in both you will have to go int the palm folder and then into the user (usually first letter and last name) that has that file and drag it into the other users install folder then hotsync the other device with its username and that file will now be installed
