flashing * in upper left corner??

First day and now my second question. My phone has developed (it wasn't there when I got it) a flashing asterisk (*) in the upper left corner of the screen whether in the charging cradle or not.

Has anyone seen this?

Thanks.

Flashing *

It is part of the Palm 4.1 OS. It signals that you have reminders that have not been acknowledged. Tap on the * & you will see a list of reminders that need to be "cleared".

Hope this helps....

FLASHING *

If tapping the * doesnt help and get you to the reminder, try going to the messages adn deleting the messages or reminders. If that still doesnt help a soft reset will. I have had the same issue and I have been able to clear them all 3 ways i mentioned.

Already discussed

The only reliable solution found so far is a soft reset.
