Mp3 Player Skipping

When I transfer a song from my computer to my Kyocera 7135, the whole transfer seems to go fine EXCEPT THE SONG SKIPS !!

Is there a setting or something I should check BEFORE downloading? The song should play fine...it does on the computer !

Thanks for any feedback.

The 7135 only has a 33MHz processor. You won't have much luck playing MP3's with a bitrate above 128kb/s without skipping. I use Acoustica's MP3 to WAV converter to downconvert my 192kb/s MP3's to 128kb/s MP3's. They play without skipping at all. Hope this helps.

EXCELLENT !!

Red Dog ...

Thanks a bunch. Yep....that was it ! I even downloaded the program your using and it works great. As with any program, I had to figure it out a bit in order to downsize. Your were right...the bitrate was WAY TO HIGH and I dropped it to 128.

Much better (matter of fact perfect!)...AND NO SKIPPING.

Thanks, again, for the assistance and a program that will downsize.
