I can't directly answer your question, but I can report that the 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter for the Motorola T720 MP3 accessory does not work with the Kyo 7135. I suspect most of these phones remain proprietary in some fashion.

from the looks of the picture on the site you linked us too the adaptor only has 3 contacts on the plug. the 7135 requires 4, so no it does not look like it will work with the 7135

I am more than pleased with the PC-Mobile adapter. It works just as advertised and the button that comes with the microphone acts as an extension of the "Ok" button on the phone.

I do NOT have problems with the microphone volume and the extension cord wind-up-device works pretty well.

Not cheap, but it works.

Big contrast to the Radio Shack adapter that doesn't do anything.
