Back it up to an SD card, and then do a hard reset to erase everything on it. Try your phone call and see if it still crashes when you end the call. If it does, then there may be something wrong with your phone and you should get a replacement. If not, then the cause is some piece of software that you had loaded. In that case, you're going to have to load each program one by one and try the end call thing in between each one. The same thing goes for any "hacks" that you had loaded. Hopefully that way you'll be able to track down which one is causing the problem.
