Don't ask my why I was watching this show... but this past weekend, on the HGTV cable show "While You Were Out" LaVar Arrington of the Washington Redskins was surprising his bro with by creating a game room in his bro's house. Towards the end of the show LaVar had to call his bro to stall him... and what phone does he whip out? Yes, the Kyocera 7135!!! (the ugly VZW logo gave it away)

I thought that was really cool... and I wonder what he uses it for besides as a phone? Does he have reminders set for practice or games or what?? Does he check scores of other games? :p

I'm shocked that HGTV left the Verizon logo in the shot. They really didn't fuzz it out in post? In the shows that I have produced for HGTV over the years, we could never have any logos visible. Interesting.

Great 7135 sighting! Keep 'em coming.

It was visible... but not readable at all. It required a trained eye to detect (the camera was probably about 6' from him)

To the average person watching the show it would've just looked like a big black blotch :p

Perhaps we should start a thread that has celeb sightings using the 7135. When I ordered my 7135 Bobby Jackson, the basket player for the Sacramento Kings was just leaving the store with his 7135. perhaps he needed it for practice schedules as well.
