Help: SZ 1.0.29 crashing after resets

I've seen this problem once on my phone and once on a coworker's so I thought I'd see if anyone else has seen it and/or knows how to fix it.

I never saw this problem prior to upgrading to SZ 1.0.29, so it's probably got something to with it...

Anytime I reboot the phone, I get the following crash immediately:

Fatal Alert
MemoryMgr.c, Line:3307,
Invalid card #

I've tried removing SD card, which had not effect.

I also tried a hard reset, which works, but it returns when I hot sync or restore with BackupBuddy from the SD card.

Holding the "up" key during reboot gets past the problem, but I think that probably turning off some internal checking or something.

Reinstalling all the apps from scratch seems to work, though the problem has reappeared on my coworker phone already.

This is with no hacks or anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Works fine for me after a reset (soft or hard). You might have some sort of app starting after a reset which might be the problem.

You might need to a hard reset and do not restore your Saved_Preferences. Follow these instructions to get a clean build.

Ignore the "Treo" references. The point is to start with a clean system.

If the problem persists, it is possible that your ROM has been corrupted (this was a known problem with previous firmware) and you might have to re-flash.
