you are talking about 2 differnt things here :

ms exchange outlook web (owa) can only be used to interface with the exchange server using a web browser. this solution doesnt work very well with ie on a pc never mind a palm based browser but it doesnt sound like this is what you are doing anyhow since you mention eudora.

the eudora mail app needs to have pop access to the server which it sounds like you have however you will only get the contents of your inbox.

if you want more then your inbox then try using imap if your server allows it and setup some imap folders with some incoming mail rules to filter mail into them. +++ craig
