A friend sent me this link to an ebay auction, seems like a pretty cool device if you don't have the patience to wait for kinoma or teal to convert your mpegs (or if you want to record live TV). I'm wondering if it would let you get better quality on the 7135, or is that limited by the processor?

There's not much information there regarding playback on PDA's - although the diagram seems to indicate such playback is possible. I'm curious as to whether it includes PDA software and how well that software works.
