Verizon's Express Network finally comes to Minnesota! Plus a *slight* price reduction
Today I opened my local paper and was happy to see that the Twin Cities of Minneapolis & Saint Paul will finally have Express Network...
" Verizon Wireless this week unveils its Express Network high-speed data service in the Twin Cities and other parts of Minnesota to compete with the likes of AT&T Wireless' mMode and Sprint's PCS Vision."
But since the price is so high (and the speed not that great according to all of you), I plan on sticking with QNC. I was pleased to see that the price of Unlimited is going down, but only slightly! What's up with that???!!!
" ...At the high end, $100 gets you unlimited downloads (the price goes down to $80 on April 7, Verizon Wireless says)."
This part cracked me up...
" Other upcoming Express Network-compatible handheld devices include a Kyocera "smartphone" with built-in Palm-organizer features..."
Anyway, here is the whole article...
